BPSYCH is a Canadian lifestyle apparel and custom-printing brand based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Our products and services include:

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

2. General Conditions

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.

You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving fraudulent activity, prohibited content, intellectual property infringement, or other legitimate concerns.

Any payment already collected for an order that we decline before fulfillment will be refunded.

3. Products and Services

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, materials and images accurately.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, fabric texture and printing methods.

All products are subject to availability.

Because many BPSYCH products are produced on demand, production begins after an order has been successfully processed.

We may update product designs, specifications, availability and pricing without prior notice. Changes will not affect confirmed orders unless agreed with the customer or otherwise permitted by law.

4. Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be displayed before order confirmation.

We accept payment methods available through our secure Shopify checkout.

Orders will be processed following successful payment authorization.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the appropriate options, including cancellation and a refund, subject to applicable law.

Any promotional offers, discounts or special pricing are subject to their stated conditions.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

BPSYCH offers personalized apparel incorporating customer-provided artwork, photographs, names, messages, QR codes, logos and other design elements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of submitted customization details.

This includes:

• Correct spelling and wording.

• Appropriate image quality and resolution.

• Correct sizes and garment colours.

• Accurate QR-code links and destinations.

• Copyright ownership or permission to use submitted artwork.

Once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by customers are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

However, where an error is caused by BPSYCH or our production partners, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property and Customer-Submitted Content

All original BPSYCH designs, branding, graphics, website content and logos remain the intellectual property of BPSYCH or their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially use our original content without permission.

When submitting artwork, logos, photographs or other materials for custom printing, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use those materials.

You grant BPSYCH and its authorized production partners a limited license to use your submitted materials solely for fulfilling your order, unless you provide separate permission for another purpose.

We will not use customer-submitted personal photographs or private designs in advertising without appropriate consent.

We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

7. QR-Code Products

Our QR-code apparel allows customers to access digital content through a compatible smartphone or scanning device.

For personalized QR-code products, customers are responsible for providing accurate and accessible links.

BPSYCH is responsible for producing the QR code according to the approved order specifications.

We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of external websites, social media accounts or third-party digital content.

We are not responsible for changes to customer-supplied links or external websites after the product has been produced.

Printing defects that prevent a correctly supplied QR code from functioning will be reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

BPSYCH fulfills orders through our own operations and authorized production and fulfillment partners.

Production and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, order quantity and destination.

Available shipping destinations, charges and delivery estimates are provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is available on qualifying orders over CAD $100 and eligible corporate orders, subject to the terms displayed on our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed, lost or cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because many BPSYCH products are personalized or made to order, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns after production has started.

However, customers may be eligible for refunds or replacements where products are damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order.

Customers should report product issues within 30 days of delivery to allow prompt investigation.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5 business days, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate printing and bulk orders may be subject to additional quotations, production timelines, artwork approvals and payment arrangements.

Customers must verify order quantities, garment specifications, sizes, colours and approved artwork before production begins.

Any additional terms expressly agreed in a written corporate quotation will apply to that order.

Where a corporate order differs from the approved specifications because of an error attributable to BPSYCH, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website uses Shopify and may integrate third-party payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers and other services.

Some products may be produced or fulfilled by authorized print-on-demand partners.

Your use of external websites and services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

BPSYCH remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations to customers under applicable law.

12. Customer Accounts and Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity, subject to applicable legal requirements.
